blouse: vintage from paris, under dress: express, shoes: stuart weitzman
This blouse reminds me of retired-Palm Springs or Florida. I do feel a little geriatric wearing it, but I also feel it's worth the risk. The collar...the full sleeves...the sheer...the colors...they're all perfect details in my book!
